Kingsley got his picture taken with Santa today. It was really nice; we went down to this dog boutique in downtown, and Kingsley sat with Santa and they took a bunch of pictures. The two kids who are the elves in the picture don't look too happy in the picture, and that's the most smiley they get. I guess I wouldn't be smiling if I had been taking pictures with dogs all day. But still, they could have given some effort. All this morning was taken up with Science Olympiad practices, so we had to wait a while until we could go out. I only had one at 10 AM, but they dragged on until 4 PM. So, in the meantime, I took 2 walks, one with Kingsley and one without. It actually warmed up into the 30's, so it was quite pleasant. Anyway, there's only a week and 2 days until Christmas vacation! It's kind of stupid because we don't get out until Wednesday, December 23- the day before Christmas Eve! So, we'll be spending the whole day before Christmas Eve driving, instead of relaxing and spending time with family. Oh well.
Kingsley looks adorable! Bartleby always looked scared to death in his Santa pictures, so we stopped taking him. I think pet Santas must be especially brave!
