It's been raining for the past few days. It hasn't flooded or anything like that, but it defiantly been pouring. Tomorrow and the weekend are supposed to have better weather, which is great. Anyway there's been some exciting news to update you all with! Stay off the roads, because my sister has gotten her driver's licence. Now she can chauffeur me around! Oh, the life of a younger sibling is so wonderful sometimes. Yesterday, in English class, we had our Victorian Tea Party to celebrate the end of reading Great Expectations. As the character of Wemmick, I must say that I looked very authentic. That morning, I didn't eat breakfast because I have English 1st hour, and the food didn't disappoint! My dad made some of his wonderfully tasty scones, and there were some tarts, cucumber sandwiches, and other tasty tea food. At the end, not many of the scones were eaten, so I got to take home a bunch. More for us, I say! Other than that, this week has been pretty uneventful. I've been working on my Portfolio for English, and for History, I've made this Jeopardy PowerPoint about the 60's and 70's for US History, which is pretty cool. I guess I'm just ready for summer. Actually, on the topic of summer, my mom has started to plan a trip through New England and eastern Canada for next summer. Sounds like another fun trip I can blog for! That's pretty much all for now.
