Halloween and More

Happy November! It's so annyoing, as soon as Halloween is over, they put up Christmas stuff in stores!! It's so stupid. Anyway, some very interesting things happened during the lull in my blogging. For one, My Aunt "Rose" and Uncle Dave came up on Tuesday and left today. It was nice to see them again. And to clear up some discrepancy, I love when they come up- I wasn't complaining about their visits, only wondering. They surprised us by giving us their silver HHR. My sister hasn't been very good with getting in her driving hours, so they figured that if she had a separate car to drive herself, she would be more driven (no pun intended). Thanks a lot!!! Obviously, yesterday was Halloween. We went out to eat for lunch, and got these huge pumpkins at the farmer's market, for only 4 dollars each!! We only had time to carve one, though. My sister went over to her friend's house to go trick-or-treating, and my friend came over to come with me. I was dressed up as a lady from the Renaissance era, and my friend was Harley Quinn (I'm not sure if that's spelled right) from Batman. After it got dark, it was sooo cold! It was in the 40's, but the wind was blowing really hard, so it felt like it was in the 30's. Surprisingly, there weren't that many people out. It seems that less and less people go each year, as the kids in my subdivision get older. My friend and I were out for around 2 hours, and got a ton of candy, around 160 pieces. After trick-or-treating, we came back to my house and ate steak and potatoes and white chocolate chiffon cake (which my mom made). Soooo tasty.
