A Long Week

Wow, I haven't blogged for a while. Well, some pretty interesting stuff happened in the meantime. For one, we got a new computer. Somehow the old one broke and wouldn't turn on. So we bought a new one, which is much nicer and larger. As you know, yesterday was Friday the 13th, and I did actually have some bad luck, interestingly enough. The first was that our bus was 20 minutes late. It apparently broke down, so we were waiting in the freezing cold wondering if the bus would ever come, or if for some reason school had been canceled. It eventually came, though I was late for my first hour class, which was excused. The second bad luck, that wasn't that bad was that I got my H1N1 vaccination from school. It was free, so my parents figured that we might as well get one. That in itself wasn't bad, but I got called down during gym, and we're doing a swimming unit. I can't exactly go down in my swimsuit and towel. I waited until they called the final call, which fortunately was at the end of the hour. For all my troubles, all I got was a boring brown band-aid. I also forgot to study for two quizzes, but overall, I guess the day was okay. Though, by the end of the day, I was tired- it was a long week; the only full one in November. In the next two weeks, we have a combined total of 5 days, 2 off next week, 3 the one after that. And finally today, was half filled with Science Olympiad practices. That's everything interesting (or not) that I could think of.
